It+ is/was + 「強調したい語句」 + that~
《現在形/is》 ~するのは「強調したい語句」だ。
《過去形/was 》~したのは「強調したい語句」だ。
強調したい語句が「名詞の人」の場合は、thatのかわりにwhoを用いてもよいです。
強調したい語句が「名詞の物」の場合は、thatのかわりにwhichを用いてもよいです。
強調構文でbe動詞とthatの間に入れて強調できるのは、「名詞、名詞句、名詞節、副詞、副詞句、副詞節」で、形容詞だけを強調することはできません。(形容詞ならばitは形式主語)
強調構文では、「It is/was that」を取ってしまっても、大体、意味が通じますが、形式主語だと、意味は通じません。
例: It is important that we understand each other.
(it=形式主語/私達がお互い理解する事は重要です。)
