　　It is said that to tackle [deal with] climate change is necessary.　Renewable enrgy sources have gained increased attention as a result of global warming.
The tendency seems to have surged in the wake of the crisis at the Fukushima No.1 nuclear power plant.That is also related to the opinion to support the abolition of nuclear power plants.

　　When we discuss about renewable energy, we should have economical point of view as well as environmental point of view.

　　This is so controversial issue that I hope it will give us a good chance to think and discuss a lot in English.
